The organizers of this event have put together a Facebook group for all past and future meet-up attendees to share photos, ask questions, and get to know one another. Click the button below to join!
What types of activities will there be?
Enjoy the beautiful Sonoran desert landscape, plant life, and wildlife. Over the weekend, we will have daily excursions for those interested. We will have sign-up sheets located in the community pop-up tent near the main fire pit. Excursions include:
- Journey to view the petroglyphs left by the Hohokam people
- Visit the glider port and watch the gliders fly (potentially ride in one!)
- Excursion to the Rockland Hotel ruins
- Explore the Silver Bell Mine smelter area
- Potluck dinner
- Group campfires
- Instruments welcome if you play
